Police are searching for teenage suspects after thousands of pounds were stolen in a shop robbery in Scotland in the early hours.
The theft occurred in Kingussie at approximately 1.45am on Saturday, May 4, when two male youths broke into the Co-op store on the High Street on the A86.
They pilfered two cash boxes containing a four-figure sum of cash. Detectives in the Highlands are now seeking information.
The suspects, described as of average height and slim build, fled east along High Street in the direction of the A9.
Detective Inspector Andy Bilton stated: “We appeal to anyone who was in the area of High Street in the early hours of Saturday morning and may have witnessed or heard anything suspicious to please get in touch.
“We also urge anyone with private CCTV or dash-cam footage to please check in case they have captured something of significance to our inquiries.
